Italian composer, arranger and producer Federico Solazzo is an internationally active musician based in the Netherlands, recognized for his work in film, television, advertising and multimedia productions. With a background that combines classical training, jazz, electronic music and modern orchestration, he has developed a highly versatile and cinematic musical language.
His recent projects include the award-winning animated short film It’s Nice in Here, shortlisted for the 95th Academy Awards and recipient of the Buma Music in Media Award for Best Original Composition in 2023. Originally from Italy, Federico Solazzo received extensive classical and jazz training before continuing his studies at the Institute of Sonology of the Royal Conservatory in The Hague.
