How to apply
Application to study at the Wiener Musikakademie (Vienna Music Academy) is by audition.
The audition is taking place online.

Audition requirements
The audition is required to evaluate their musical level and the grade  A or B of the scholarship.
The applicats invited to take part in the audition will have to perform of 2 contrasting musical pieces of a duration minimum 5 minutes and maximum 25 minutes. This performance can be presented as a solo or with accompaniment.
For the conductors, they have to conduct some parts without any instrument and answer question regarding the composition structure. 
Following the audition, there will be an interview with the Director Prof. Boris Perrenoud to discuss the student's musical goals and how further studies at the Wiener Musikakademie will enable them to succeed.

Fees
An audition fee of € 190.- will be required for the applicants invited to take part in the audition.
Limited number of Scholarships available. The first inscriptions are into consideration.
